Anthony recognizes the reverence the Lord has for the human body, as it's written in Psalm 139:14. The original Hebrew word for "fearfully" is yah-reh, referring to the reverence and esteem one would have for nobility, royalty, and authority. How beautiful, that the God of creation sees our bodies worthy of reverence, according to His Word! And from this stems my belief that God gave our bodies the capacity to auto-regulate; this is a huge value that my practice hinges on.
